In the event that a photobook presents a defect caused during its elaboration, naturalbook will pick up the album and correct the manufacturing faults, as long as they are the responsibility of the company. The return and exchange period is 30 days.

NaturalBook is not responsible for errors in editing, manipulation or post-delivery damage of the book, as well as changes produced in the original cause of environmental factors.
